Hi, I’m Jana

I’m a systems and product designer with experience delivering scalable, accessible, and impactful design solutions for design systems, customer-facing products, and associate-facing tools.

I’m currently the Design Tools Lead for Capital One’s Enterprise Design System. Lately, my work includes architecting component libraries, building design systems training, and defining the system’s implementation and adoption experience.

In previous roles, my work included designing multi-channel servicing experiences for 46+ million customers across Capital One’s largest customer and agent tools platforms.

I share my experiences as a designer through writing and speaking. I most recently presented at Config 2023 in San Francisco, California.
